The 12th Annual Spring Branch Back-to-School Health Fair will be on Saturday, August 19th, from 8am-12pm.

For participants/ Para Participantes:
- – Bring your child’s shot record or request it from your school nurse. Please arrive before 8am to form part of the line.
- – Debe traer el registro de vacunas de su niño o una nota de la enfermera de la escuela. Favor de llegar antes de las 8am para ponerse en la fila.
