BakerRipley Early Childhood Development Center is a free, federally-funded, Head Start-designed, and, most importantly, evidenced-based education program for families with children ages 3 to 5. Its goal is to promote school readiness for preschoolers from families that meet income eligibility, providing you with a program that you can trust.
Located in the Spring Branch area, BakerRipley ECDC is a part of the Spring Branch Family Development Center, which enhances the well-being and development of Spring Branch families by providing an array of important services in English and Spanish.
We encourage you to take the first step towards your child’s bright future by enrolling them into our program today!
BakerRipley Early Childhood Development Center has two distinct programs:
- Early Childhood Education (3 to 5 years) – Certified teachers, small class sizes, regular school hours, and a curriculum aligned with Texas educational standards. All school supplies, meals, and essential items are provided.
- ECDC Home-Based Program – A home-based learning model for parents with children under three and expectant mothers, offering individualized support and resources.
Our BakerRipley Head Start programs empower families and help children build a foundation for life-long success, connecting neighborhoods to resources, education, and opportunities to create stronger, more equitable communities.
